Fatal Error Xbox One

Hi,
      When I load up the game to the main menu it starts syncing my data for the game from my Xbox One but as soon as the syncing starts it comes up with " load could not operate. Fatal Error! I tried resetting my Xbox and reconnecting the Internet or reloading my profile bit nothing is working?


Please help.
